Important! You Must Read and Follow Instructions Closely

When Installing the Reactor Aluminium Flexplate, you may find that the flexplate fits snugly over your crankshaft due to tolerances. Be sure to do the following ...

  1. Using a rubber mallet or block of wood to tap the flexplate evenly, flush upwards alongside the crankshaft flange.
  2. Do not draw Flexplate up against crankshaft with bolts or an impact wrench
  3. Use Loc-Tite and torque flexplate no more than 75 lbsp/ft following the torque pattern shown below, using Flat Washers Only! If using the Reactor Inertia Ring, be sure to use Loc-Tite and torque no more then maximum 38 lbs p/ft

Warning Failer to follow these instructions completely could result in damage to the flexplate and may negatively impact future re certification efforts
